The Officers In order to maintain our reputation as an industry leader, LD Security Services subjects each candidate for employment to an extensive background examination, rigorous interviewing process, and drug-screening. Our thorough pre-employment screening process allows LD Security Services to select only the best officers to join the team. However, the process of maintaining a team of high quality officers does not stop once the officer is hired. Each officer on the LD Security Services team must undergo random drug screening and a yearly background examination. In addition to the random drug screening and yearly background examinations, each officer must complete the LD Security Services Training Program which is administered by the former Training Director for the Fulton County Sheriff's Department.
